sir I wanna to contact with you for knowing about upsc admission

I will be in 2018 in ba 3rd year
May I take part in upsc exam

I had forgotten my upsc cds 1 registered no how i can proceed my further admit card process

When I tried to do online registration,the page was not available..
I have been trying from the starting day of registration.But it seems site has undergone some trouble.

I have tried in both websites.But it was in vain

sir I had given hindi as a medium of writing optional instead

I have mistaken optional subject, so I can change optional subject please tell me how to change

Sir/mam I did my primary education from maharashta and in my 10th certificate my name is bhardwaj madhu Amar because there are write first surname then candidate name then sirname after that I came in up so in 12th certificate my name is madhu Amar bhardwaj and graduation also so how I fill upsc prelims form in which name i humble respect to all the member please help me....i am so confuse

Sir/maam I have my old OBC certificate beyond the due date of UPSC ese. I have also a new one in April this year. But not within the due dates. How can i produce the same! What documents i need to produce!
