not book my gass

We are not getting subsidy from 2016.
We were informed that it's getting into our account. But bank told that it's not been credited in to our account & stopped by puneet gas agency.
Kindly clear the issue.
Or provide details that in which account it's been Credited.

My phone no. is used by ur gas agency (puneet gas agency ,saipur road under the name of Gagandeep Kaur.
My phone number is misused illegally, as I am not having any connection on this number .
I request you to remove my number from this account, otherwise I have to take legal action for all this .

I always get bookings reference and invoices from indane gas .
