    Dear Electrolux Team,

    My Service request id is AHM1905180201.

    I have purchased AC of your company 1.5 years back and i have a currenty facing problem of falling water drops alongwith air flow.

    For the said query i had called on your customer care number and they have confirmed me that within 48 hours person will visit at my place and i have to pay Rs.475/- to him.

    On 22-May-2018 I got a call from Mr.Sunny Mb Num 9664760105 he came at my place and checked my AC and told me that GAS is not sufficiant in my AC and i have to pay Rs.1800/- for refilling of GAS.Also he had asked for Rs.510/- for service charges and denied to provide me bill.

    Now my question is within a 1.5 year GAS is getting empty in your product ??????????????????? than what is the meaning of purchasing the AC of your company.

    In my service request below mentioned number is given that person will visit at my place and resolve the issue but that busiest person is not picking the calls and not resolving my issue.

    I am not going to pay single pany to your company for the GAS issue and if my issue not get reslove by today EOD i will go to consumer forum that you guys have delivered me defective AC.
