    I have booked celario vxi at popular Arena kannur in March'20.exchanging old maruthi lxi.forwife Ajitha.I paid Rs.2.5ls on 17thMarch.and handed over old car.I could not pay the balance amount in March due to lockd down.The vehicle was seen insured in March itself.Road tax was not paid by showroom in March.Now they are demandig theincreased roadtax with effect from April.This is not a fault on customer side
    And I have not paid the balance amount till date for delivery of car. Awaiting an early and favourable reply in this matter.

    After the second service i got my car with so many damages & scrateches From POPULAR SERVICE CENTRE NEAR MIMS Hospital Kozhikode . The service technician behaviour is very bad. After that i changed my service centre .
    they are are marking all complaints in online job card. but Poplar MIMS has not this facility . this is worst service station of popular Maruti . Once again guys please dont go there for service . this is request

    Dear Sir,

    I gave my car for periodic service last week and received car with few complaints

    1. Washing and interior cleaning was very poor

    2. There is an extra scratch on the back side of the car.

    The same has been communicated to the Advisor with these details via whatsapp But I didn't get any reply or response from anyone. I'm really upset for this .irresponsible behaviour.
    Kindly look into this issue.

    My family members booked the vehicle from Popular Maruti Nagampadom, Kottayam on Jan 11th 2023, paying 5k rupees as advance. Till March last week no response from them even after telling them that we would cancel the booking. May be because it was CSD, they delayed as much as possible. No proper response to customers. After making many complaints, they returned the money after 20 days or so, cutting 250 rupees. We are the ones who wasted time & effort, suffered mental stress and trouble but they took 250 rupees as such. Not even an explanation as to why it is cut. Most probably, this way if things go, customers will shun Popular for irresponsible behaviour. The cutting of cash may be processing fee but none to even tell us for what. Wake up, POPULAR NAGAMPADOM, KOTTAYAM! LEARN SOME CUSTOMER FRIENDLY WAYS...

    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the non-receipt of extra fittings for my recently purchased vehicle. I bought a Maruti suzuki Brezza 2023 model from your Adoor dealership on 08-05-2023 with the understanding that it would include specific additional fittings.
    Unfortunately, upon inspection, I discovered that the promised extra fittings were missing. This omission has caused inconvenience and diminished my satisfaction with the purchase.

    It is informed that, my car bearing no TN20BS 3287 Wagon R LXi was serviced at Popular Maruthi, Kavumbhagom Thiruvalla on12/05/2023. During the time of Service, the service engineer was informed me that Axle need replacement. Since the item was not available, the service engineer asked me pay the advance for the item and I paid the total amount Rs 24,888 including the advance of Rs 5000. However, my car is not repaired till date.

    Although I requested to have the damaged wiper replaced, the service center has not yet fulfilled the request. After completing the service at the Chalakkudy service center, they delivered the vehicle without checking the reported complaint. Now they are demanding that I come again to the service center for replacing the wiper. The distance between my home and the service center is 25 km, incurring a fuel cost of Rs 300. Initially, the service center agreed to reimburse the amount. However, they have now denied giving the reimbursement, even though they admitted that not replacing the wiper was their mistake

    My name is Shaji. I am really tired by the business calls from your automobile service station. I am near the service station of KOCHALUMOODU POPULAR, KOLLAKADAVU. Many times I respond lovely and badly to the representatives about this issues. I blocked their many numbers, but now they are calling me on new numbers with computerized talks. My phone number is 6282 320 056. Please try to remove this number from the list, that you are using to call peoples.

    Why popular is disturbing customers like this? If your service feels good, we will come again. So try to provide proper and guaranteed service to earn more customers. Avoid disturbing method on deals.

    After reaching the service car showroom, if you call for information, there is no polite staff to pick up the phone. An experience I had today is that there will be a hundred calls to deliver the vehicle to the showroom.My work was affected by saying that everything will be delivered to your showroom soon and I had to skip the meeting

    Hai Maruti,

    I had a bad experience from Maruti Suzuki ARENA Chavittuvari. My vehicle number is KL 05 AY 1125(Wagnor).
    My property's driver side door automatic switch has not working.
    So I visited to popular maruti on
    20/AUG/2023 and I given my vehicle to your service centre and I waited for 2 days and they said the issue was resolved and I took my vehicle after 2 days and they charges for 680 rupees.
    After 4 hours the issue again repeated and the same switch not working yet.

    We informed the manager popular service centre kollam beach road branch to pick up our car KL02BG5981 owner name savithadas due to bad smell coming from AC vent however inspired the repeated call over the past one week the manager has blocked our call and as refused to send driver to pick up the vehicle.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I hope this email finds you well. My name is Lijo, and I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service that I recently received from your company. I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention in the hope of finding a satisfactory resolution.

    On January 11, 2024, I received service, and unfortunately, I have encountered the following issues:

    As per the conversation with Popular Vehicles & Services Ltd staff (Dhanya), she mentioned three offers if I provided my vehicles on or before January 15 (as per your company's policy). I submitted my vehicles (Maruti Swift Dzire KL 02AK 2416) for service on January 11. The offers were:

    Free pickup and drop.
    Free alignment and wheel balancing.
    30% discount on labor charges.

    Despite adhering to the conditions and providing my vehicles for the 13th service, these offers were not reflected in the bill. Consequently, I had to pay the full amount, as all items on the bill were included, and the mentioned offers were not applied. Had the offers not been communicated during the call, I would not have provided my vehicle within the specified timeframe. This situation is frustrating as I specifically chose to service my vehicle on January 11 based on the information provided by the staff that the offers would end on January 15.

    Additionally, I purchased extra mats for the car (both front and back), which were not returned with the vehicle. Although I was informed that a refund for the items would be provided, this is only mentioned here. I seek a resolution to both issues.

    I have attached a copy of receipts to support my claims. If required, I am willing to share the call recording with staff, clearly indicating the mentioned offers. I must emphasize my disappointment with the overall experience, as I expected a higher level of quality and service from your reputable company.

    I have attempted to address these concerns with your advisor (Joseph), but regrettably, the issue remains unresolved. I understand that challenges may arise, but I believe it is in the best interest of both parties to find a swift and satisfactory resolution.

    I kindly request that you investigate these matters promptly and provide a detailed response outlining the steps you will take to address and resolve each issue. If possible, I would appreciate a resolution within 3 business days.

    I value your company and hope that we can resolve these issues as soon as possible. I look forward to your prompt attention to this matter.

    My car KL 53 N2452 ALTO K10 VXI (O)AMT, Chassis No-MA3EZDE1S00429455 was given for service and repair on 11 - 11 - 2023 at Popular -Vehicles& Service Central, Manjeri. They said that there is water in the petrol tank and that it has been cleaned, but since I was on Xmas vacation, a week later, when I drove the car, there was a smell of petrol from the vehicle and when I opened the bonnet, the tube (injector pipe) connecting to the engine was broken. When this tube broke during service, I later found out that it had been glued on - quickly found (maybe luckily escaped in case the car caught fire).
    On 08-01-2024 Maruti service center was requested for repair and told that this tube is not available and advanced Rs.500/ to order but the service was done on 02-02-2024
    These problems were caused by a serious failure during service
    As the cause of financial loss and hardship can be attributed to the negligence of the said service center, I am requested to take proper action and take necessary action to resolve the mental and financial problems I have suffered.

    21, 01 .2024 I booked Maruti Fronx. Maruti Areena Kannur staff Robin accepted the booking and then Robin informed us that the vehicle reached the yard on 30-01 2024. He informed us that the vehicle will be delivered to us on 31st, so if we want to take the vehicle, TP & insurance, we have to pay the full amount. 31-Ol' 24 I made the full payment of the vehicle to Taliparamba NEXA, then when we came to Taliparamba NEXA for delivery, the vehicle has not arrived at the yard, after this Robin has not called us yet and then cheated us by saying that he would deliver the vehicle every day. Then Taliparamba Nexa informed that the vehicle will be delivered on 5-2-24 and there will be no change, I waited till the evening of 5-2-24 but Taliparamba NEXA is now saying that it will be delivered on 6-2-24, I made full payment on 31/01/2024
