I purchased a Lava mobile on date 09/06/2017, after used one month the mobile is not working . I asked the customer care for that problem and he suggested me that to take the phone to our service center, i went to the service center but the service center owner told that the battery was damaged and if you replace the battery than you paid the battery cost. I argued with service center owner for one year warranty claim but he refuse for claiming and he did not repair my mobile.
I sure that it is a fraud company of India, do not by any mobile of that company its my advise. I attached My mobile phone bill here for reference.

I go to lava customer care centre,KACHARI BAREILLY . I go to there to change my charger which is in guarntee. Your employees said that the new charger will give in 15 days but in other shops the charger will gave on that day .Employees talk to me rudly.There was a beard man who behave rudly to me.If u don't listen my complaint i advertise that how badly your lava company center behave ,how bad u are. in social media like facebook,twitter,ect.

Mobile is automatically back

It is for your kind information that I have a Lava Mobile model iris401e. earlier since last 4 yrs whatsapp was working in this mobile but now whatsapp is not working or getting/loading updated whatsapp. what will I do as now without whatsapp this mobile is useless. 18मार्च 2017कोLAVA KKT40POWER PLUS Batch 911548406481768 mobl खरीदा। जुलाई 2017 से चार्जिंग समस्या हो गई।शॉप वाले को दिखाया तो वह बोला कस्टमर केयर के पास जाये ।कस्टमर केयर के पास जाने पर उसने कहा mobl के अंदर का गारंटी स्लिप नही है ।शॉप कीपर के पास जाये ।शॉप कीपर पुनः बोला कंपनी ने इसी तरह भेजा है ।मै दौड़ते हुए थक गई हूँ ।
कृपया आपसे निवेदन है की मेरी समस्या का समाधान करे ।लावा इंटरनेशनल कम्पनी है ।इसकी साख को देखकर ही मैने इसे खरीदा ।अब मेरी आत्मा रो पड़ी है ।अतः आपसे निवेदन है की मेरी समस्या का अति शीघ्र समाधान करने की कृपा करे ।

Sir , my lava iris x1 selfie phone battery leakage during charging. I complant this at lava center. The company told me that they give me a new phone free of cost. But amit mobile care center at bahjoi demanding rs 550 for the mobile. Sir there is no solution for me by the company since 1 month. Sir I m unhappy from lava .
