Dear Sir/Madam,

Japyee Group Toll fast tag not wring Properly. every time i have seen the Fast Not was broken and not working.due this we are facing lot of problems i.e traffic jam, etc. etc....

so look into the matter and resolve the issue asap.

I am travelling from kanpur to delhi. Near Tupple on J P expressway I had to get petrol. The nearest petrol pump didn’t had petrol. To get the petrol I had to get down of the expressway. While getting on to expressway I asked the executive that i have already paid till Noida but he asked bribe of rupees 50

Today 7.7.22 on mathura toll long waiting only 2 raw are woring rest barriers are colsed and asked to staff why 2 both are working , traffic jam due to lines , they sitting in close both qith guard and gossping . Not happy
wxpressway management is poor.
