The Incident happened today at your Monginis Nasarapur Branch (Omkar Food Mall, Nasarapur, Bhor, Pune).

Actually My Son Purchased 2 Pastries (Chocalate & Almond) from your Shop. After that My Daughter didn't like the Pastrie so she went there in Your Shop for Replacing. But the Worker didn't allowed the Replacement. so I asked for another Pastrie & I will pay for it & put the Pastrie in Dustbin(We dont want those Pastries & We are Paying for New Pastries). so Then I called customor Care Number (02067240100) from My Mobile Number(7218819848). I also have My Call recordings which I spoke with Customer Care. The Customer Care told me that Fill the Damage Form from The Worker & Give us New Pastries Immigetly & also customer care instructed same to the Worker. so Worker was Ready to Give us The Pastries but when I asked for Bill they told me That if you need bill then We can’t give you the Pastries, so if you want to Launch Complaint then you can.

All This Incident happened with Me. so If you are Giving us This Dirty Service so We are not interested in your MONGINIS SHOP OR MONGINIS BRAND at all.

I have order car race track cake but received cake with low quality not as per concept order.When I bring this to notice of owner of Mongoinis Maninagar Ahmedabad Gujarat state he behave rudely and threatened me and my family. I have sent cake sample to food quality test and file police complain before branch owner and staff.

I regret to inform you that the quality of your cake which I purchased from Neral store was pathetic..

I took almost 7 small cake for the occasion of my child birthday and I was so wrong to choose MONGINIS instead of other good cake shops..
