Sir, I passed b.tech in ceremic engineering from college of engineering & technology, Bikaner in 2012 but I didn't get my provisional marksheet. I have tried many times for getting provisional marksheet from my college but I didn't get any response. So please inform me as soon as possible that how can I get my provisional marksheet.
