    Dear sir
    have Cable connection of Ortel Communications bearing Membership No:01438479. Of late I am facing problem since last 20days in viewing some TV Channels viz; Gemani news , Star maa, Etv telugu, Raj music, Zee telugu etc. Despite repeated complaint through the bill collector & complained customer care ten time(10) also personally meet it bls ortel office above my complaints are not being redressed properly. I am seriously planning to switch to Dish TV available plenty in the market if the problem persists.

    Out of 30days 25days we are unable to get the service.
    No signal
    After regularly complaining now they are not pick up the calls.
    End of the month they came for payment.
    I don't think to continue with Ortel.
    Because they cheated in every month.
    Worst service produced by Ortel.

    my consumer no is 1036549 fot your Ortel cable tv. I lodge my complain on 2.6.18 and on4. 6 18 asno signal is received .Moreover my dues for last month not collected by your agency tilldate. Please arrenge to provide connecton as I am an old retired man and my only source of consuming time.

    ther e was no net from 28-07-2018 till date.i complain everydat and gets the reply that we will solve soon . but till date no action taken till date . if this type of harrasement going on then i will not pay the dues and i will disconnect my broadband.

    Since last 15days I ve shifted to another floor of the building for which I my cable connection for the TV set has to he changed to the next floor. Since 15days almost everyday I m calling customer care and the marketing executive named ..... With mobile number......
    But till date it has not been solved. Kindly tell me why I should continue to be customer of Ortel communication and not switch to other digital provider and why I should not complain to TRAI for mental harassment.

    I Sri Sunirmal kumar parida having consumer no-664960 beg to inform you that the internet connection to my house has not been available since 15 days.
    I have reported this matter to you so many times but you have not sort out our problem till now. If you are not able to solve my problem then I will finally take a decision to surrender my modem before you.Due to non availability of internet ,it hamper the study of my children.
    Hence I request you to kindly look into the matter immediately & take an action to sort it out.
