I DID MBA IN SMU IN 2011-13 AND PASSED WITH 80%. NOW I REQUEST YOU TO SEND A TRANSCRIPT TO ICAS FOR ECA REPORT TO APLY FOR CANADA PR. PLEASE GUIDE ME

I did my bscit in smu and passes out in 2019 and i received incomplete documents then in 2020/01/22 i send 1500 courier charges for my other documents but till to date i only get the answer "we will dispatch it shortly" and email me send 2000 for courier ..how many times i have to pay for courier ?? can you tell me when i get my documents..????
