30 days mobile price down cash back offers complaint for me plz call back

Dear Sir,

I have purchased the above said model mobile at Chennai, T.Nagar branch, vide your Bill No.SI/SMR/1719 dt. 25.8.2017.

On the same day night I have switched off the phone (usual procedure) and put charge through the charger given in the box.

Next day morning I found that the mobile is charged upto 88% only and not 100% fully.

Even after that I tried to charge again today and the same status is continued.

Apart from that, the mobile is switched off for 3 to 4 times from Saturday afternoon to till today evening, which I don't know.

Somebody tried to call me at this time is not able to contact me at this time. Every time I used to switch on the mobile again and again.

I am working in a company at an important post, where I will get official calls frequently. Like the above situation, my work will be affected.

So, I kindly request you to accept my complaint and replace the above mentioned mobile with some other model (as per my wish) and I will be ready to bear the additional cost if any.

If I receive reply from you before tomorrow evening, I will visit the concerned branch at the same time.

Sir you are arakkonam branch is very cheating if you can’t able to give good service then plz don’t tell you are giving offer sale even your customer care is very very bad I don’t know what to tell your customer care they are not able to pick up call and give the proper respons I was fed up with Sangeetha mobiles

3 days ago in a news paper(Vijay Karnataka) u had given an ad that u ll accept old mobiles with their original bill rate... And exchange it....When I enquired to Cust Care they said that if u have mobile bill, box and chargerand old mobile is in good working condition u ll do valuation and give best price for that old mobile........ But... I visited to Sangeeta Mobile Shop today with my Lenovo 50000, with bill box and charger... Mobile is 2 years old...... And working good... Shop people did valuation and said that they ll give only 800-1000 rs!!?????? In other mobile shop without bill also they give better exchange price...... Then y u have mentioned in News paper that u LL. Accept old mobile with their original price????? Other mobile shops give better valuation without bill.......

Due to network issue the invoice was not delivered to my address. Still am waiting for it.

Free gifts was promised with this Invoice through courier but not received yet.

recieved call from store saying the phone u gave while exchange is not working

I bought an iball headset just 15days back and currently one side is not working. Sangeetha mobile showroom customer care person telling is that i pulled the wired hard so its not working. Without any investigation with respective partners how they used to tell that and saying this cannot be claimed. The response i got is very worst. I said get me the same reason with iball then i agree. But that person is not in place to raise the warranty request. Then why sangeetha is telling that has warranty when buying. Instead of buying this from sangeetha from next time i will directly buy from roadside with cheap cost.

For the first time I had purchased in Sangeetha mobiles. I had taken mobile of RS.16000 and they given Bluetooth for Diwali offer and the Bluetooth speaker is not a working and I'm not satisfy of the service.......,............. .
