Not delivered my courier service in 10 days delay, please send my courier

I have booked my consignment no.5219611887 dated 22nd march,18 from Kota to Sagar.when consignment not reached at time , I enquired the matter and came to know that consignment is lying at sagar office and I asked to collect the consignment from sagar office . I want to say that if management is satisfy from such matters , Now problem and if not satisfy , inquire the matter & take action . Wating for reply

we are not getting proper service at khanna 141401 from madhur.Every time any letter or parcel comes we get a call from madhur courier office of mr. duggal to come and collect the parcel or letter irrespect of delivering it.normaly parcels are delayed by 2 to 3 days.

this is second time I am raising complaint. I had sent a courier from madhur courier kareli to the above address on 06 november 2018. its been 18 days now but the courier is not delivered. the Yamatmal person told me that they do not have courier facility to the above address. In that case Kareli person should not book the courier. The courier contained some very important documents and should be delivered by 15th nov 2018. I am facing the consequent of non delivery of the courier.

I talked to Yawatmal person helped me and suggested that They can help me delivering the courier at another address where the courier facility is available. he need a official call or mail from Kareli person. I asked kareli person to do the favor but he did not do. Yawatmal person send courier retuned undelivered.

I asked Nagpur person if he can send the courier to Yawatmal and change the address. They promise to do so.. but didn't send it to ywatlam and sent it back to kareli.

Kareli person doent not pick the phone. He takes the call once in ten times. I requested him many times. he stopped picking up my calls. I was left with no other ways except complaining the same in consumer forum. I raised a complaint ticket in consumed forum. complaint number is 1019958.
I request to you deliver the courier by Tuesday other wise I will have to file a case against you in consumer forum.

I booked A Docket no.P303026140 Dt. 17 march 2020 From Himachal Pradesh To Siliguri  west bengal on 18 June they have recived in kolkota but till date they havent forward to siliguri Even the customer care num is incorrectKindly solve the issue at the earliest.

I have not shipment from friday and when aaked about it i qas told my contact number is not visible after provided by the same i was told that the delivery boy didn't got my address and when i asked why was not given a call i was again told that delivery boy do not give a call and neither does the office you have collect your shipment from office and was very badly and rudely behaved by the staff.

Even after the courier reached the main office two days ago, the house was not even delivered and the phone was kept in busy mode. Many customers are getting upset.

I provide a parcel for khurai on 14-09-2020, it's been 3 weeks, my parcel is not delivered, I submitted that parcel to Indore office at annapurna road, on Prakash and Sunil are handling that office, but they are not resolving my problem, delivery service of madhur courier is third class, website for complaint is also third class not even working, so madhur courier resolve my issue ASAP,
