Delivery guys not delivering cylinders they are selling it

Hello I am the customer from Devis pet village , indukur pet mandal , Nellore ,524314 . I had booked a cylinder from past 10 days before on Sri Bhavani Indane gas ,Gudapalli padu . I got a delivery message from 2 days back , daily delivery guys are going in this route and they are not giving my cylinder . This is very bad please take necessary action on it
