dear , sir, i want to know about office open tomorrow on 18th or not due to virus- server issue

No police incuvri

we are residing at Vadodara,my husband has undergone documents verification easily at psk vadodara because all documents are clear,but police has not informed till last date of verification, before one hour they call and before we go their they submit application as a failed police verification ,now we have to go Ahmedabad regional centre for that failed verification inspite of the all documents, very much disappointed from police

I HV got passport for my child n it was issued in 2012 for 5 years which was to be renewed before June 2017.
But unfortunately it was not done. Now how can I renew it ?
What are the procedure ?
Charges to be paid ?
This is not a complaint but request for guidance...
