Office n services seems good but there is no arrangements for attenders no fan no drinking water in this hot summer even there are only three benches to sit which is not sufficient.something must be done in this direction.a humble request from d sufferer

My Passport appointment was scheduled on 8-Dec-2018 and Police Verification is already completed before Dec-2017, However still not received Passport and today is 7-Feb-2018, almost two month from Passport Appointment.

I’ve waiting my PCC since 1 month. Before 1 July 2020 my tracking status is showing it that whenever my local police verification is done and we get you “clear” status we will notify you and you have to collect you PCC from your PSK. But after 1 July 2020 my tracking status shows it is successfully printed. So now my question is that I have to go to my PSLK to collect it or it will come to my home by post.

My Daughter passport we applied from RATLAM POSK and some of the reason the Application has been on hold, Reason is Photograph that we have to change. but now the office staff are telling that we have go to Bhopal for changing the photo then why they are open so many branches in small town. if there are not able to do any things then why government has open this shits in all town.
