I had visited to htc service center of agra sanjay place branch and i was shared my little issue with the branch head and executive girl both were said we are taking 5000 rs for some software issue problem which can be easily resolved by them so i was really feel bad because my mobile was in under warranty but they denied my directly without this huge charge we are not even touching your mobile. So really very bad and worst executives are handling this branch they should need to understand the meaning of what is the customer service. And after that i was resolved this issue with in 100Rs. With the help of other local vendor so thank you htc i was your loyal customer but now you changed my mind and your brand value.

please let me know when i can get my phone after repair
