hi this side kashish from delhi , i booked a ticket amritsar to delhi 13th Dec 2017 train No 12497 ticket are not booked but 2250/- deduct the our debit card , i call the costumer they said your ticket is not booked please re booke again & your amount automatically refund in your account 3-4 days, our refund not received till today, i send the two time mail in care@irctc.co.in , but do not any replayed from your side my login id is khajano, plz revert & advice the our refund

I had booked my tkt PNR no.8365130913, for 04-01-2018 by train no. 12137/PUNJAB MAIL to travel from HBJ to NDLS.
The train got delayed by 6:15 HRS from its scheduled departure due to unavoidable reasons mentioned by irctc. So, I filed TDR and didnot travel by the train.
I want full amount to be refunded against PNR number 8365130913 as the total cost of all the 3 tickets was rupees " Rs. 3760". And you have refunded only "Rs. 1505" which is not acceptable against refund rules.


You are requested to refund the full amount against the filed TDR of PNR no. 8365130913 at the earliest because the train was more than 3 Hrs late that day and we could not travel by that train. It made a lot of convenience to all my family members.

TDR Submitted on 31.12.2017 for PNR no. 6709814645 (Status: CR Registered). Since it has been more than 90 days and no refund has been processed.

I booked a room in retiring room at chennai Egmore for stay on 22nd sep. Booking was done on 20th sep. Though the money was deducted, I got a message that booking was unsuccessful. On reaching Chennai i enquired at Chennai Egmore also and they also said that there is no booking. Payment was done by card for ₹ 808. I am yet to get my money back. Please arrange for refund of the amount at the earliest.
