    I have purchased 2 Yr before a Gionee Mobile phone from Reliance Fresh Bhubaneswar. It's battery is inbuilt. Today it's not operating and showing switched off. where I can give for correction and repairing if required to make it On.

    My mobile display is showing ameesage is this


    an exception occurred during phone reboot.we recommend that you send an error report to help us solve the problem.

    But when i touch the display send error report. This is not click or functioning it and switch off the mobile and swich on automatically.

    Kindly please help me for solve this problem. This is very serious issue for me.

    I Buy This Moblie on Dt24.04.2019 only 5 day are working condition is good but After 5 Day Phnoe Is Hang, Call not Receive , touh screen not Working And I can Also All system Update also connet wifi .


    Futher In Future I or my Relatives Are Adviced not To Buying Gionnee Any Model. Finally I am Satisfied Gionee Prodct And Customer Service.
