I have indane gas connection from Narain gas agency (Indane)Bathinda,Punjab.My gas connection no.N-786 Address is Atma Singh S/O hardev Singh h no.24531 st no 1/D Hazi Rattan Bathinda Punjab.I was working out side from home town so,
i want to transfer this connection on my Son.Indane webside says it is possible,and i had already talk to customer care.and customer care advised me to submit the form for transfer and an noc is required . these formality have been completed but agency nanager ang Staff refused to do so.
isse pehle jab maine Narain gas agency walon se baat ki thi tab mujhe bola gya tha ki Rs.1450 transfer charges lagenge,but jo sahi charges hain vo Rs.1150 hain,
main Rs.1450 bhi dene to agree.but vo tab bhi connection mere son ke naam transfer nahi kar rhe.
maine indane gas sales officer ( Harsaroop chaudhry no.09417217937 ) ko bhi kai baar call kiya but mera phone pick nahi kiay gya.
Please action immeditely otherwise I complain file in consumer court.

Dear Sir,
In spite of several telephonic communication since last ten days,regarding the leakage from the gas regulator,It seems there is no ownership to any concerned person.On Monday(20-02-2017) I personally visited the agency office and submitted the regulator. office person told me that delivery boy will provide you the new regulator.Gas delivery boy saying that he does not have any spare gas regulator. Matter is urgent.Please resolve the issue.

Online it shows that the cylinder has been delivered on 7th May but actually it is not so.Booking was done online on May 6.
