    Screen glass broken after 6 months of buying what should do please help me

    We have purchase some smart phone of lava in the name of Chandra pearls.model are Lava A97 on month of April but one of them have some setting problem. Please help me how can I solve this problem.

    Overall net connection not working.
    Tremendous buffering always. No online
    site is opening any time.

    I can see natoks only.I cannot phone.to anybody. No internet service.i cannot use google
