I said I paid last 2 months 290 for popular plan 199 & for add on sports 3 channels Sony ten1 , star1 & star2. 2 months I was able eto see ten1 but since last week I am not able see Sony ten1. I have been kept on hold for hours without understanding my problem. I want to view 3 channels soney ten1 star1 and star2 paid 290 make these three channels and do not beg money to me.

Pl resolve my problem I do not need your other channels. I hv paid 290 want me to view 3 channels sony1 , star1 n star 2. Make them active.

I recharged pack platinum He but could not avail sports channels and certain zee Marathi and colors Marathi channels. I could not receive proper response from customer care. My customer ID is 83178806. Kindly do needful.
