I ordered a slipper but it collected by a person from snapdeal for size issue .they text me yesterday that the new slipper reached to your warehouse. but now they says that they are unable to refund money because i do not give them my bank details . but i do not need the money . i need my slipper 7 no . exchange request number is 28172233234. please reply me in my mobile 9836446475. please look into this matter .
