    I have book a share pool uber Cab for new delhi railway station @99 Rs.from Rohini Sector-13 Bharat Apartment but some of the urgent work as step down at Rohini Sector-18 metro station. Driver took 125 Rs .I don't why has been charged.kindly explain and reimbursed.

    Dear sir today i have book cab from anand vihar to manglapuri but call me about our drop palace and he stoped his phone after sometimes you send us a messege for cancelletion charges for rs 42/ why i pay u while driver cancel our trip again i come to other taxi for ₹ 900 so refund our cancellachages rs 42/

    I have booked cab for my relative and request driver to drop him as requested address. Driver done excellent job and informed me after dropping. He dropped him at 23:04 but trip was not closed, when I asked the same with driver his answer is not satisfactory resulting my bill amount increased from Rs160 to Rs200. Request you to investigate the issue, justify and win my trust.Till now I am your happy customer.

    I have booked Uber under pool scheme on 6may 2018 from Pratap Nagar to AIIMS on flat rate of Rs 99. But at Satya nikatan over foot bridge my trip ends without informing me and RS 137 have been detected from my account. You can verify all those facts booking from my mobile number 9810511997. This caused me a lot of inconvenience. You are requested to settle my fare keeping in mind the distance and mode of travel. Hoping for an early settlement.

    Yesterday i book my uber cab from delhi T3 airport and driver name is rajender mobile number is 8684940955
    So i call him today and tell him about my wallet that i forget in the cab later he accept that wallet is in cab only and promise me to give it back to me in today itself now he is not picking our calls and his number is out of reach.
    Kindly take action against it

    2 time I booked uber cab and both time I have to pay ectra money.

    13:58 | DG2/114, Shri Premavati Sharma Marg, Pocket DG 2, Vikaspuri, Delhi, 110018, India
    14:43 | Bhagawan Mahavir Marg, Varun Kunj, Rithala, Rohini, Delhi, 110085, India.

    I travel above mentioned distance and I have to pay 211 rs. but when I book uber cab the app shows the amount 168 rs.

    211 rs is very high charge.

    What is this problem will you solve it and return my balance money.

    Today I was trying to book a cab but couldn't do so because it showed my account is disabled.

    I checked with 2 to 3 people they said that it can get disabled if you cancel rides frequently. But till now I have only cancelled the last ride and that too because of the driver's attitude and behaviour.

    How can you disable my account without even giving prior information. Is this the way you treat your regular customers.

    On the top of it, you don't have a proper customer care number where we can register our complaints.

    This is highly unacceptable.

    I want to know the reason of deactivation and also how can it be activated from the same number as this is the only number I use. I can't take another number just to make an account on uber.

    Look forward to an early response.

    I hv been using uber services and I hv come across some Autowalas who don't leave u at the destination but charge u full. Recently l had booked fr vansh book depot the auto man stopped his meter saying now l hv to walk 3 blocks. Asked me 105 rupees of which l paid 100 cos l was angry and dd not knw this area. He I think his name was Rambir not sure if u check my last visit u cn see his name. He took my money and put up a complaint tht I never paid him a penny. If l had earlier travelled and paid 500 or more why l would not pay atall. Please look into this case and cancel wht l owe was only 5 bucks. Then I cn continue rides wth u otherwise .....
