    Dear sir why has the outgoing services of my jio number stopped ?
    My jio number 7982183505
    Sir I had to reacharge just 20 days back again
    Stop the outgoing services for the second time on this jio number .

    3-4-2018 WE RECHARGE @399 RUPEES ,BUT WILL NOT GET CALL

    Hi,
    I have taken JIO Sim with Prime 99+MRP 399 plan, wherein it was stated that unlimited calls can be made. However, neither inward and outward calls are going. Please resolve the issue.

    I have taken Jio Sim Phone No.9354333320 with Prime 99 + MRP 399, wherein unlimited calls can be done. However, neither income nor outgoing calls going. Please resolve the issue immediately.
