Kindly need service

This is regarding service of touch plus livpure water purifier installed at my home.I have AMC for three years.But no body from service center visits my home to maintain the water purifier.Even after lodging the complaint service engineer comes without parts to be replaced and confirms that he will come next day but,he never comes.This is pathetic service and really disgusting.Please improve your service.My registered mob no is-9501334661.

I purchased Liv pure touch 2000 series on 5th sep 2017. The installation was done on 9th sep 2017.After it was installed i discovered that from water outlet water was not coming. I called up the persob who installed it and when he checked he told me that the filter was defective. Its a brand new RO.. How cum the filter was defective. Please I request all of you to never buy Livpure. I don't trust this brand

The Livpure product Pep+ which we purchase is always problematic.Worst product.

We have prucahsed one LIVE PURE RO+UV+TASTE, AND IT IS INSTALLED IN MY RESIDENCE ON 10.01.2018 AT THE TIME OF
INSTALLATION THEY WILL TELL US 4 FREE SSERVICE WILL BE THERE, THEY WILL COME AND CHECK AND ANY THING TO BE CHANED WILL BE DONE.

BUT NOW A DAYS 10 MONTHS ARE GONE, THERE IS NO CALL FROM YOUR END , THERE IS NO FREE SERVICE DONE FROM YR END.

WE HAVE MENTALLY PHYSICALLY SUFFERED, WE WILL OFOR CONSUMER FORUM AGAINST YOU TO THE ABOVE ISSUE.

OR OTHER WISE YOU SEND YR CHENNAI DELAER TO DO THE SERVICE.

Hello sir, I have complained many times that our RO is on automatically but I can't get any response from you and I our warranty expires on yesterday and yesterday I get a call from you and they said that you call to customer care your warranty expires today, today I have call to customer care they said that your warranty expires on yesterday so we have take chargeand I say that I can't get any service from you in a year

R o not purify water properly taste change

My live life AMC expiring on 11Nov 19. I have contacted local service provider to change my RO filters as per AMC procedure. They have changed only once in entire year. Now my RO is not working due to carbbon filter is not working.
