I have complained on 1 April 2017..
Since then the mechanic is not coming to service cooler...each and every day he is making excuses and today he is saying his father has died..the cello mechanic name is afal Ahmad...
So please send any other mechanic to service my cooler..

Mother board failure

tower 50 NOT WORKING

I have made a complaint no 180820142 for my tower cooler 50 since 20 August as it is not working, after following it up many times technician came after 10 days and opened my cooler and after sometime said that some parts have to be replaced and he will return with the parts after 3 days after that there is no responce from him and he also not taking my calls again I complaint on 03 September no 180903204 but again no responce.
Such a big company like Cello is having such a poor service level, keep it up and keep on troubling the customers.

I have purchased Cello Osum 50 Plus Room Air Cooler on 06.05.2019 with Invoice No. FAAJJ3200002685. This Cooler is not working properly. I have large complaint on 04.07.2019 with complaint No.CAAC190704070. Pl. solve my problem within time sir.
