My inlaws sent some parcel for Diwali from SALEM,TN on 12.10.2017 thru ST courier (submitted thru sub-agent near Ramakrishna road). It has not reached us so far. After enquiry,we understand that it will be despatched thru some other Courier.The fun is, the agent / dock
pick up boy has not given Jacket no. and receipt. we r in bad situation. Why such situation. putting people under trouble. All the courier people are irresponsible and their attitude is Take it granted. because we don't have any thing to loose with you.

Courier send from chennai on 29th oct. Still today courier not received. However as per ST courier tracker the courier was already received to madurai today morning itself. No such proper customer service within the schedule timeline.

I had sent courier to Mumbai on 20th December 2018. But till today my consignment is not delivered. I lodged a complaint yesterday. Nothing has happened. I again called today they gave me Mumbai's number. When I called your Mumbai office (9987506999 - Sonali) she was very casual and said it will be delivered today but cannot guarantee. It is 8 days from 20th. This is how ST courier works. What to do.

Please note that we sent a costly saree for my daughter for first Christmas and atleast it should reach before New Year. Hope someone will take action to delivery it on priority.

But worst service. I will never use ST courier service in future.

Worst service ever. My courier from Chennai to Bangalore sent on 24th December hasn't reached until 29th Dec - Consignment number - 63035969010.
The Bangalore office say it was out for delivery with Salman on 28th- The tracker does not show the status though. It is sad that I haven't received the parcel yet and the bangalore office is unable to get the status of the parcel from Salman!! the 48 hrs ETA is clearly not met and I still haven't received my stuff!! Can anything be done by the management team at all?

We received the courier with damagein erode on last week.. after tht courier boy came and took the parcel due to damage..

After that we asked the status of courier in erode office.. he said that we moved the parcel to nava india hub.

A friend has sent an important courier from Tirupur. Consignment no 63305427172. Our address is 3034, Sobha Forest view, 100 feet road , Off Kanakapura, Bangalore, 560062, Karnataka. Your delivery person says they do not deliver in this area at all.. he is calling us to different places far from our place to accept our Consignment. Or we have to pay extra so that they deliver at our door steps. What type of courier service is this? Why do you advertise yourself to be reliable etc if this is the kind of service you provide? Can anything be done at all?
