    I had loan with baja which I completed in nov 16 details 4030DL00176423.
    now I receive a message thru sms that I have to pay INR 1281 for dishonor charges .please explain and call back

    Dear Sir,

    I wish to you that my banker has informed me that Rs.117/- has been deducted by you vide particulars 45600D24223407001 on 24.10.2017.

    You have informed vide mail dated 14/9/2017 that my Loan account no.456EWC24223445 stands closed. NOC has also been sent on my registered email id and can also be accessed on customer portal Expeira.




    As such you are requested to please refund the amount deducted by you at your earliest and inform me why the amount of Rs.117/- has been deducted by you. Hoping a quick reply..
