Due to cyclone, the sun-direct dish antina got damaged by breaking the angle on the joint of dish and receiver. I have given complaint on 16/12/2016 and nobody has turned-up. Againt on 22nd Dec'16 registered 2nd complaint but nobody has come and rectified the dish antina.Please take immediate steps to rectify it. Address: T. In sundirect Tamil channels are not displayed in my TV,
What is the reason?
