    My 1 tb Seagate external harddisk is not working so i go to service center they told me that they do not recover my data i have to recover my data so i want the company approval so i recover my data first then replace my harddisk .

    very bad experience buy 2ps 1TB hdd one is defective after 12 month another defective within 3 month, after 16 hays harassment seller replace my HDD. The second time result was same both Hdd
    was defective. kindly take necessary action and save my time otherwise I have to choose legal step

    Sir Maine 21/7/2018 Seagate hard disk purchase ki thi bansal laxmi nagar se mujhe new hard disk bata kar koi old hard disk de di h Jo ke use less h please meri complaint par koi action lijiye aur mujhe shop se Hi hard disk change karwa dijiye please

    I have purchase harddisk of 1TB but the hard disk is not showing in our laptop and desktop

    when we connect the disk with compuet/laptop his light is on but not showing in our system
    I call many time to costomer care but no responce from your side
    we contact all these following Numbers but no one pick the phone

    Kindly resolve my issue as soon as posible
