Your company has installed a water solar pump at my agricultural field at our village Kumawas The. Nawalgarh Distt. Jhunjhunu (Raj.)in August 2015. Initially that water Pump is not working in right way. I filled many complaints to your Office at Jaipur but the faults do not removed in proper way till now. My latest complaint is 1007349.
You are requested to please look into the mater and try to resolve my above complaint at an early date.

Controller dose not working one month

Dear Sir
I am Balachandran Pillai, working abroad, my home is living with my wife, her old age mother and a female child, I have your system installed almost four years back, the system in under my wife's name (BALAPARVATHY BALACHANDRAN PILLAI) and it was working somehow fair. One and half years back a representative named Manoj from your Nilampure Kerala agency, and informed my wife Tata is starting to upgrade. I have now 1kv. He is planning to upgrade it for 2kv but the expense is 35000 rupees. she contacted me and I agreed, she paid the 35000 and upgraded. After a month we understood that he cheated my wife, he fixed an inverter replacing your unit and connected it to our Govt. electricity meter. A huge bill was paid to electricity and according to our complaint to the electricity board they came to inspect and rectify the cheating. Now for the 16 months to till today our solar system is not working.
My house is the only male candidate and I am stuck abroad, now our solar is also dead and your people are not responding. when my wife calls they disconnect the line. Kindly advise what is the solution, shall we move to the customer court for our money back or will you be able to solve this issue and also get back our 35000 rupees your representative cheated my wife. If I am proceeding with a complaint as you knew I will raise this through the Respected Embassy of India to our Foreign Ministry only.
Kindly Give me your opinion therefore I can take a decision.

DEAR SIR,

Referring to the above, I am very sorry to inform you that the , I have register KSEB purapura scheme on 10.03.2022 and the verification done by TATA solar authorities on 11.04.22. Till this date there is poor response from TATA team. I have already kept the amount for 4.10 kva in my account, unfortunately the TATA team not supporting for the benefit. Hence I request you to kindly take this as a serious case .
