Dear sir/madam,
I would like to inform that I got delivered on July 2017, I'm under ESI from 2014. But on 2016 October I got disconnected from ESI due to salary revision. But again in Jan 2017 I came back under ESI. Now the ESI has rejected my claim for M.B saying I need to complete 9 months after re-entry. Neither my company is not ready to pay me. Kindly help to avail the benefit.

Esi despensary Karkala(Udupi District, Karnataka) refused to accept my medical expenses claim application, saying that maximum age limit is 21 years for dependent. please clarrify this
