But today we are recharged wrongly. RS 68. Plan 10. GB plan so please rewards this amount. Refund the money thank you.

    I am living in thiruvallur district ponneri.
    In my area there no proper service and no proper responsible when we call to him he no attending our call pls check our connection otherwise refund our money. I think that you will take necessary actions against this.I will wait for 2days otherwise we will change our network.

    Sir I recharge on 29.09.2020 but still connection is not available. Last three days I contact local dealer Mr.Sivakumar but he also not respond. If your side is not take any necessary action please unplugged my connection and refund all.

    I am using railwire Internet service and my internet connectivity issue is not resolved by railwire for past 12 days. The local provider Glory to God cable vision has a poor/worst service.

    Thanga Saravanan R from srivilliputhur virudhunagar district,took your internet service few months back.
    Many issues occuring till now.from your asking recharge amount on due time correctly but not providing good connection, service and maintenance from your side.
    Issues..... issues.....always keeping one reason infront of customers like "wire cut in our area" so internet will be back soon.that wire cut occuring daily.from the date of service taken till now the internet was not provided in a proper manner.daily one issue will occur.that issue will not be corrected within minutes it will take hours or sometimes half a day.this mail delivered by my own jio network even though I took your connection and paying bills on correct due time because now also "no internet"from your side.after this mail also you not yet take a proper response.you will face the major consequences from a government employee.

    My name is Tamilselvan. I live in Marurpatti, Namakkal, Tamil Nadu. A couple of months ago, I and a few of our neighbors contacted one of the railwire agents in the Namakkal area to provide an internet connection to our homes. The agent’s name is Chandar Deva and his mobile number is +91 9095075740. We all paid 7000 rupees each. The agent installed the cables and set up routers in all my neighbor’s houses except my house. It has been two months since he installed the cables but since then he has become unresponsive. He neither answers my phone calls nor answers to my WhatsApp messages. I really did not know railwire had such unprofessional agents. If I had known, I would not have chosen railwire network at all. Can you look into this matter ASAP and complete the remaining installation so I can start using railwire internet connection? If the setup cannot be completed for whatever reason, I want your agent to refund my money before I start exploring legal options. I also want you to make a note of this unprofessional behavior of your agent and make sure he doesn’t treat your customers in an unprofessional way. Please note that we have a few more neighbors who want railwire internet connection but now they are looking for alternate providers.

    Today I don't have internet connectivity. I contacted railwire customer care and informed the issue, but LCO not responded. After 5 hours again contacted railwire customer care and asked about the status, they also contacted LCO, but LCO informed as railwire not forwarded the information. But customer care person informing as already communicated. some one is telling lie. I need justice, I paid for one month, but Today my whole day usage is lost. I need compensation for my loss. It is your duty to provide the customer support. why it is not happening? If you are unable to provide customer support then return my money, I will go with another internet company. Kindly give a proper reply.
