Hello I m Mr Gupta speaking from actually I m purchasing one juicer mixer glinder of maharaja white line around 2 months ago but now a yet it's not working well and all the parts of mixer glinder getting louse .When i purchase it , this product was defective there is two crack on its body but one of your mechanic will repair it but he can't fit it in a nice way that's why this type of things happen now and due to this I m facing so many problems if u are do something for this plzz do soon .......

I purchased a maharaja white line Mixcer juicer grinder from citizen trading company nai sarak Kanpur on 11.5.2017 the mixer bears serial no (mmwjx1011605017503).it's not working properly the motor is not moving. There seems some deffect in it.your railbazar kanpur representative refuse to entertain the complaint.plz send your engineer as early as possible.

Sir,we bought the above said mixer on 12th november 2016. From the day one we are facing lot of problems to use it. On starting,sparks came. we complained,they changed a new motor. Then only medium size jar worked. Again,we complained they fixed and it worked only once.the problem is the mixer is running but it is not grinding. we have complained several times and the problem persists.Please kindly rectify it or otherwise take the machine it is of no use to us.

I already kept my geyser at Trilok service centre before 10 days at SURAT...still no feedback from them...they are not pick up my phone too...when I will get my geyser...

The jar is not fix properly sometime it will get jam and bottem plastic of a jar melt and get jam with mixer &we can't remove it it may be problematic inside please take action fast

I have bought/ordered Maharaja white line turbomix hand blender (order no...171-0364992-5738720 dated 19th May 2017).
M sorry to say that it's not working properly (fine blending). It started creating problems after short while of purchase and now from past 15 days it sounds like horrible n bland is wavering while using the blender. Please see to it and some favourable action against my complaint.

This is regarding my earlier complain: WEB 23102017/186644. I had purchased the above producy from Shop CJ and they delivered a broken piece to me. After my initial complain, your customer care person visited my house on 21st October and verified the product and the new piece was to be delivered to me the next day, but I had to go on a foreign tour and the piece could not be delivered.
Now I am back in India and request you to replace the broken product.

I bought Maharaja whiteline smart chef food processor on Sunday i.e just day before yesterday from Robin,New Delhi. I brought it to Nepal and opened it. I couldn't put it on at all. I have guarantee too but I couldn't find any service Center or contact no. here in Nepal. What can I do? Please help me. I'm really tensed to have invested so much money on this product as I couldn't even start it on. I believed in Maharaja company so much and that's why I specially bought your product when I happened to visit India during my conference. Please do help me as soon as possible.

MAHARAHA WHITELINE GEASER COMPLAINT

I have purchased the said machine on 15th November 2018, within 15 days machine is not working.I have given a complaint on 28th Nov 2018 and the guy came from the service centre and he is saying that the motor and the jar fixing blade got cut, so will do repair on the machine. I am not agreeing with that , I have just purchase the machine few days back and I should get the product replaced.
