one touch select simple sugar monitor not working...no display

I just brought one touch online and it's a few weeks old however I am unable to get the results and getting error 2 in the machine.pls respond immediately or else replace the machine.

One touch select simple strips are different than old one. Why this happened i took it in appolo pharmacy for 600 and now its not working

i bought onetouch ultra glucometer from UAE. its using in my home in kerala . thrissur. few times use. after not opening device will replace battery. again not working. so let me know where i send it for service in kerala. thanks

Sir. I am old customer of your gulcometer machine which I purchased some years back. Unfortunately lancets device ( pen) has became free ( not working ) Hence kindly replace it if possible as per your policy.
