Whom so ever it may concern,
My subscriber ID SHY_104642. On 22nd Feb,2016 i had recharged my den boomband account for rs.4,773 under the scheme in which i would have get 6 months free if i pay advance amount for next 6 months.
Now my paid subscription period is over but i hadn't receive the subscription for the free 5 months. I had also tried to contact customer care but didn't received any feedback from that.
Kindly take care of this issue..I will be really obliged if this issue get resolve ASAP

DEN CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE IS WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN.
EXECUTIVES OVER THERE ARE JUST SITTING IDEALLY AND DOING JUST NOTHING.
THEY JUST WATCH MOVIES AND CHITCHAT AND WAIT FOR AN ADVERTISEMENT TO COME ON TELEVISION SO THEY CAN DO THERE WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your team 3 febuary 2022 came to our area and they did my document verification and said that den boardband will be installed in your house then they got me 1239 online payment then those people left they said that in four to five hours I will get your connection four five hours I waited did but no one came the next day two people came they asked what is your area I told my area Roshanara Club Shakti Nagar then those people started saying that this area does not come in us and boardband connection will not be possible I said how did your people come like this He did the verification and said that the connection will be done. Then those people started saying that our den boardband wire is not in your area, so I said that how will my money be refunded, then they said that you talk to customer care but no one is helping me and not picking up the call, tell me what should I do . Please refund my 1239 money please i am very upset.
