I have purchased a second hand car before 10 days back through by Hanuman motors, preet vihar delhi after successfully inspection by carwale on same day but still i have no received any certificate by carwale or dealer.

Car year make:- 2015
Vehicle No:- DL 8C AM 6879.
Kindly update us what is the issue. Parrerally some sound is also facing from engine at the time of racing pickup in 1 & 2nd gear.
