I have booked ticket from Pondicherry to Chennai on 29-June-2018 and I have cancelled the ticket on 01-June-2018.

I have also received the email on 05-June-2018 from payment-report team that my refund request for the transaction is being processed and I have also received the Transaction id number-BI2230694 . Still my money is not refunded even after 5 working days. I have dialed the toll free number they were not responding. So kindly refund the amount or else I will register a complaint in consumer court.
