    Sir I have made ticket through shopping card and cancelled the same but after expiry of 15 days no amount refunded in my card/account.

    Dear Sir . I am Navin karan. I generate the ticket by hrtc app. From Delhi to hamirpur of Tata AC (8:05pm) 25th March. My selected seat no. 7 . and my user ID is navinkaran18@gmail.com. ammout of one seat 879 RS deducted from my account but ticket not generate. Plz refund my amount in my account. Plz solve my problem as soon as possible.

    Dear sir, I would like to request you to please refund my amount because I booked ticket of hrtc bus online for 4-8-2017 ordinary bus .and my ticket not generated form your side ,but my amount of rs 358 deducted from bank account please refund my amount and bank deduct reference no -PG-0044440462 ,bus rote I'd 584 seat no 11 please refund my amount and my id 203590617

    Dear sir,

    I am traveling in bus of Shimla Depot started from Haridwar at 1900 Hrs. It took more then 3 and half hours to reach bus up to saharanpur. Busstaff stops bus more then five times for personal shopping. Also make govts property into personal delivery vehicle they unloaded 6 huge bags at saharanpur without any ticket. Still bus is full of luggage. Only ticket provided to person who are traveling after Shimla. Kindly look in matter and do needful.

    Dear sir there is a complaint against your driver and conductor on route haridwar to rohru on 23/12/17.issue is as I was waiting for your bus at premnagar dehradun stop since one hour but the bus came approx one hour late and not stop at the point on my clear visible indication. I lost my destination.after it I tried contact your executive officer by phone call but there I got similar answer it was wrong number.sir I want action on my complaint and I also want see your department's transparency.otherwise should go for further action from my side... Thanks.

    Im presently i.e 21.3.18 travelling on your 22.30hrs volvo scania 2*2 bus No.Hp 72-7878. The seats of this bus are so dirty. My seat no. is 22 and it is difficult to sit on this filthy seat.

    I booked a seat from Delhi to Rampur(on 11/6/2018 timin 19:24 to 9:00 himgaurav seat number :21) via HRTC official website and filled the seat as per my convience that is window seat what when i reached spot it turned out to be agile one window was prefered keepin in mind the health issues (Its really disheartening to see that while we are moving to digital India even single online booking create such unconvinience) but still a hope is there that you guys will fix it.PLZ PROVIDE CORRECT SEAT LAYOUT AND THIS IS THE THIRD TIME SOMETHING LIKE THIS IS HAPPENING....PLZ dont let this issue be blockage in HIMACHAL's progress as on same bus i saw many more dissatisfied customer....

    Online booking in subject bus only one boarding station ie Baijnath is allowed/permitted. There must be a boarding station in between either at Sarkaghat or at Jahu.

    2. If we board from Jahu we have to pay Rs. 200/- extra fair.

    I have travelled Bus no. HP 31 5892 Baijnath to pathankot I have ticket 237 and stop the Bus jasur station and no refund my Balance and any HRTC BUS going to Pathankot ways. Many passengers are same condition . So request refund my balance money

    I have booked two tickets in sami delux bus delhi to balwara, when I have seen tha payment detail in ticket it was surprised me that hygiene charges claimed by HRTC. But tha bus does not looks hygien from anywhere, seatcover of bus is change into black color from blue, IT is very difficult to me and ofcourse other passenger also to touch these cover.you guys kindly look in to this matter.
