recently we travel at rajahmundry to chennai at ravulapalem lot of pootharekulu boxes loaded in front of seats we are inconvient we are asking driver they told what we will do our management told. With out bill they are loading in case any fire who is responsbile We are already information nellore rto office and ongole rto office.

I have booked 2 tickets from bangalore to darsi by red bus through kaveri travels on 25th sep for the journey dated 28th sep & due to some reasons i cancelled both tickets on 27th sep. Still now i havent recieved the refund for the cancellation.

Sir I'm Deepu sharma I have booked my tickets from vishakapatnam to Hyderabad and I have boarded the bus and in the middle of the way the bus front glass has been broken and we asked the driver what is the situation now, he said that he will drive the bus without front mirror we have asked the driver how can you drive the bus from vishakapatnam to Hyderabad without front mirror you have to arrange some other bus for us and he rudely replied that no bus will be provided we called the kaveri customer care number but nobody is responding the call,this is how the kaveri travels treats to their customer care.

We have travelled in your volvo A/C sleeper bus from vijayawada to Bangalore on 11/05/2018 We have made reservation through online and we were allotted last three berths .we felt very inconvenient to travel by sleeping on the berths because of the heat that emerging from the bus engigne .we covered our berths with three blankets.However,we failed to control the heat . Without keeping in view the welfare of passengers ,with business motive ,you allot the last lower three berths

Yesterday I was booked one ticket from Hyderabad to muppavaram, your are cancelled my ticket from your side but you are not informed me, why are you not informed me. Why are you neglected me

Vehicle No: PY04A2521(Bangalore to Hyderabad).
Journey Timings: 10pm to 7am(9hrs).But, I'm still travelling .Now time is 09:43 am. It's already 2 hours late, Still 80kms away to my destination. I don't know still how much time ,it may take.Driver is telling ,some other vehicle is coming ,no proper response from them,
So,I'm trying to call the customercare service, But they are not picking, finally no response from them also.

Hi Today I was traveling in kaveri sleeper bus no 0023, seat nos U 4,U5, my kid aged 3years feeling hungry,so I requested driver to stop bus for 1 minute near tiffin center at vkaveri office vanasthalipuram, but driver denied and given reply in rudely, he used bad language against me, he is such a stupid driver, I was shocked how kaveri appointed such idiot in duty, I hv traveled many times in kaveri but first time I saw this type of stupid driver,and I also noticed that after checking the bus at vanasthalipuram, driver taken extra passenger with out ticket might be he will put money in his pocket. Driver name is Masthan. So I request proper action to be taken against him, traveling date 24-09-2022
