    I would like to update you for one of my ride from Life care Hospital, Mayur Vihar Phase-3 to GTB Hospital Canteen (Travel Delhi to Delhi only) CRN No.800063855 (Driver is Jai Prakash) and you have charged Rs. 100 for MCD Tax.

    This is totally wrong and unethical even cheating with your loyal customer...I want that you revert the Rs. 100 to me ...because this is incorrect.

    And your customer care executive is also trying the proof the wrong charge...Right..(He is customer killer...)

    I had booked an Ola on 31st May.After confirmation of my booking the driver called and informed me that he is in nalanchira and would reach only 30 miniutes . But at the peak time we are well aware that it is not possible for him to reach and we wanted to reach the office in time at technopark. Hence we cancelled and booked another car after conveying to him. Now when I wanted to book another cab yesterday at Lulu a message was displayed Rs. 50 will be debited as cancellation when I book for the cab so I had to book uber. If for no reason of mine if you are going to debit rs. 50 I think it is better to go to uber ride . If you feel that you want us as your customer kindly solve my issue. Awaiting an early reply.

    i have booked olacab in bangalore on 18/6/17 with mobile no 9986165789 at 8am the driver didnot turnup and asked me to come to some location where he has stopped since i am new to city i told and requested to come to booked point after long waiting he told me to cancel the trip i have cancelled to my surprise when i want to book another cab ola it shows penalty of rs75 as cancellation this is service i got in ola your drivers asking passenger to come where they stand worst service

    Today book OLA for MAROL. Captioned vehicle came with two persons. On enquiry reply was that both are drivers. Since my daughter with her 4 year old son was to go I refused to travel OLA car. Their intention did not seem to be honest.
    May I request u to delist this taxi from ur list or u will hear some incident in future.

    I've been charged incorrect Cancellation charge many time. It is the drivers who cancels the cab just because not willing to come to pickup location and for that we are being charged for cancellation. There are all total 7 cancellation under my rides which are cancelled by drivers it self. Once I had to wait around 40 mins and then driver calls up saying he cannot come to location n asks to cancel the cab and then they don't respond to calls made to them to come. This has become very often now a days n we are being charged for that. Even after complaining no action has been taken n again and again we are being charged for cancellation. It seems as if Ola people have made another way of earning money from customers in term of cancellation charge. Just stop this non sense act of fraud else one day you will loose your potential customers.

    In spite of my repeated mails and telephonic talks with Ola executives regarding my Ola money wallet, I have still not received any response from you. Though I have paid cash to the driver for my rides on 25.9.2018,Ola has utilised my wallet money of Rs.200/-. I was informed that the matter is being investigated and that they will inform me within 24 to 48 hours. Though more than 10 days have passed, no action has been taken by Ola

    I had booked an ola ride on 22th august.and paid money by debit card as the ammount asked.after some days i get a call and ola people said i had paid less ammount.driver did not ask for any additional ammount ie cash on that day they charged me again 113 rupees extra for that ride.i usully pay 70-120. For same ride they are demanding 194 rupees.my no is 9532446091 and email id is mentioned above.i am very disappointed you people are doing cheap things only for some ruppes

    A fraudulent transaction has happened in my ola account in the name of KYC verification.A person claiming to be an ola executive gave me a call and asked for KYC details.Post that,ola money has amounting to Rs.4900 has been charged on my ola postpaid account.This particular fraud was reported by the Ola team to me.They had promised me to get this issue resolved however,no steps have been taken forward for initiating the reversal.
    I request you to kindly take this as an urgent request and help me getting the amount reversed.

    Have u checked the route we followed .. Driver  completely  followed google map.( For CRN 3588381610.)
    The driver has assured me to talk to customer  care of ola . You will get your money back(as there is network issue) 
    In 2hrs 46 mins..  Nobody in India can travel 426 km. That too in hill area. 
    Check  base fare 1366 approx and money giving 5318..
    How its possible. 
    Need money as soon as possible. 
    On Monday I m putting petition in court
     Just reached check

    Yesterday I was booked the cab from 4/22 Patudi road to sector 10A Om sweets. It is approx 2 km distance as once reached at me reached location I have confirmed it is online payment from my ola Money due to my busy schedule I not checked how much amount deducted today in the morning I got ola money deducted amount it is 739 rupes which higher charged . Driver was not stopped my ride as reached out location in the system and he stopped whenever he want due to this my money extra deducted from wallet . Request you to kindly check and refund the amount asap. This is not professional thing

    We are corporate customers of Ola; A cab was booked on 5th July 2022 from the corporate ID of Vinod Jadhav ji, in which the driver's name was Ravi Mankar and the cab number was MH31 FC1682 (White Bolt).

    We had paid 2809/- to the driver from corporate id but the driver demanded payment from us and took an extra payment of 2600/- from us.
    whose screen shot i have also added in the email.
    And when we came to know that the payment with our Corporate ID was successful but still the driver charged us extra payment then we continued to contact the driver but he blocked our number.

    So we request you to check our transaction details and take strict action against the driver (blacklist this driver) and help us to get our money back; I am also complaining to my nearest police station today.

    Hi ola support team,

    I have already lodged a complaint against the driver last week and I am not entirely satisfied with the customer support provided. Allow me to briefly recount the incident regarding the trip. On 13th October, my father booked a cab from Kundalahalli Gate to Fortis Hospital Banjara Gutta, with a cost of approximately 410 rupees. However, the driver insisted that my father pay 1650 rupees in his app, claiming that my father had an outstanding payment from a previous cab ride. The driver provided some screenshots as proof, although it remains uncertain. When my father questioned the reason behind this, the driver explained something about an unpaid cab fare and even mentioned a story about cab cancellation. Despite my father's refusal to pay 1650 rupees, the driver became argumentative and used offensive language. Eventually, my father reluctantly paid the amount in cash. The next day, my father filed a complaint against the driver. Today, my father received a call from customer care, where a lady asserted that my father had only paid 500 rupees in cash to the driver. It is unclear what basis she had for this claim. When my father requested proof of the 500 rupees, she stated that the driver had deleted all messages relating to the matter. Furthermore, the customer support team is blaming my father and asking why he paid extra and giving me the option to do police complaint against ola service.

    I kindly request a prompt refund of my money 1650 rs in my account because we do not want to use your service any more and urge you to take appropriate action against the driver for overcharging and customer support team to hiding the issue and taking wrong dicision. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and g provide me with an update on the status of my refund.
