I have askybag suitcase whose chain is damaged and is in warranty.kindly suggest how to get it repaired

Very poor service and I will never buy or recommend to anyone to buy Skypbags or VIP bags.

Your customer care numbers are not working, Service center number mention your web page is not working and even I tried from so many sources all number is not working.

Zero services and low-quality product. I bought two Bags both have an issue in few months.

You cancel services of all. None of the numbers given here are reachable. It is nothing but troubling the customer. I purchased trolly bag for 6500. Within one and half year its chain is not working properly. I am trying to lodge complaint but not able to lodge it.
