    I got a fake product from online shopping....and there is no label and no there warranty and no manual book and no barcode on the box...this is sad but true.

    i wanted to complaint a staff to your branch in al ghurair center he's very rude i came there to pick up my watch because ill ask to repair and after that ill ask the paper bag and he told me they dont have a paper bag because the delivery is not coming today . and i still insist that i need a paper bag because they give me the plastic a dirty old plastic im a customer i have i right to have a good service and that staff told me if they give me a paper bag what they will give to the other customer . so is that my problem? i hope you give an action for this. i need your reply

    I bought a Edifice model.of Casio in June 8th and it stopped working by Aug 10th....I have it to service centre, Trivandrum

    I dnt want a defective watch whatever may be the defect.

    I bought my Casio g shock gba-400 1 month ago. The dialer of my watch was not working properly. Then I decide to give my watch to service center one month ago. I haven't got my watch till now. My main motive is to say that there is a repairing process of 1 month and I didn't got it now

    2 months ago I buy a casio eqb900d watch. But last few days I realised that your casio+ app not working. If you app not working then your smartwatch is useless for me.
    It very necessary to you update your app ASAP
    Or please returned my money. I m not interested to keep this watch without app.

    I Have a Casio edifice ED417 EF-130d-1A2VDF since 20th march 2017 after using this model 2 month time showing in correct the contact to Authorize service center Ahmedabad-Gujarat
    2 time same problem after servicing thios time i am facing same problems.
    Kindly requesting you please help me this matter (proper Repairing OR Replace the Model)

    I have a CASIO watch i bought an year ago. My family have been your customer for a long time now.My watch fell off from my hands and the watch glass got broken and also the roman letters of 4'O clock, 5'O clock, 7'O clock, 9'O clock is missing.The 3' O clock is being shown in the place of 4'O clock. I went to shop where I purchased it from. Their attitude was so bad that they even asked me get it repaired from outside. Further they said there is no warranty and even if I gave it for repairing they are not sure if it will be repaired. This kind of attitude from shop people is very pathetic for a world class watch manufacturer like Casio.
    I had recently bought a watch for my wife also which is working. At the time of purchase they are very polite and humble show marketing skills. But it is after sales service which strengthens the brand name of the company. My wife is a doctor and my self a bank employee and facing these kind of untoward behaviour from your staff is not welcome. I bought my watch from Thrissur, Kerala from SWISS TIME HOUSE (THRISSUR)

    I was really saddened by the irritable and unresponsible behavior from the shop staffs. This irrational attitude will only help in underming the brand name and business.I rang up the customer care number plenty of times and did not get any response from there too and hence the complaint.

    Kindly look into the matter very seriously or else I would be forced to resort to other options.
