    I purchased double bed mattress from your dealer at DHANTOLI Nagpur about three months ago with a warranty of one year. I have invoice with a warranty.     Dear team

    I am Manisha Beri trying to contact you from one month. It's toll free number is disconnected again and again. Rather I complaint about my mattress to my dealer a one handlome also in ector 22 Chandigarh but no one came from there too.
    We have just purchased two double bed s esteem mattress from dealer a one hanlome but it got pressed after 10 days. It's very costly mattress and no one listening us. Very poor service of your dealer and ofcourse your toll free number also.
    Please send any of your Representative as soon as possible. As it start giving us medical problem also.

    Please look into this matter urgently.

    I have purchased a Sleepwell mattress of size 72×48×3.5 on 26/05/2017 from Konch district jalaun. It got pressed on both side in 5 months.I have complaint on 02/02/2018 on given toll free number 18001036664. My complaint No is 88203.They have not even respond regarding my complaint. I almost called them daily & this is very disappointing for me.

    But, sir, you have not indicated the address of the dealer to be contacted and the amount, if any, to be paid. I hope this is a genuine SMS from your reputed company and not a fake SMS which I receive from many fraudulant senders.

    I inform you that, on dated 12 .6.2018, I bought sleepwell mattress of 20000 Ru from Sleep well word, patel nagar opposite new bus stand Ghaziabad U.P. Source of transaction was via ATM debit card. I credit twice the transaction 15000+5000 Ru on dated 12 june 2018. The order (mattress) is cancelled for some reason. So according to the shopkeeper, transferred money into my account via electronically transfer but total amount not received in my account, only 5000 Ru received but 15000 is not received till date. I am here by submitting the documents (sale amount+order cancellation + my bank account detail till date).
    So kindly look forward into the matter.

    I purchased one mattress on 7.8.16 via bill no27992.
    Warranty registration no 31669808.

    After one year it started to sack. On contacting the merchant it was told that it will come back in shape at its own, but now we cant sleep over it and it has gone disfigured.

    Please replace.

    Dear sir,

    We have purchased one S/W ACTIVA SUPP.72X72X100 mattress from you dealer M/s.Hariom Enterprises,Bhamori,Indore on it.08/10/2018 wide invoice no.804.

    From last few days we are having havy body pain after waking up in the morning.when we inspected the surface condition of mattress we found it is pressed from two placeses and having more softness compair to outher area.

    Hance I request you to send you service person for inspection and please provide us the warranty replacement.

    We have rarely used the mattresses and we are unable to sleep on that and suffering from shoulder and backpain. Also one of the the mattresses size taken by sleep world showroom No 60, sector 20 C, Tribune road Chandigarh excutive is not correct as per bed size it is not appropriate you can validate the same as we have shifted to this new house 9 month back only but purchased nattresses 1.7 years early. Please look into this.

    I purchased SPINETECH AIR MATRESS in Aligarh on 14.02.2021 from Sleepwell Distributer M/S R.S.Brothers & Company, Ramghat Road ( Opposite K.K. Hospital) Aligarh 202001. ( Product Details and Payment Invoice are attached)

    They gave me Indulgence Pillow ( High Rise) as a free gift on purchase of Mattress. ( Thank you Sleepwell for your kind curtesy to customers. Keep it up)

    I need to replace Indulgence Pillow ( From High Rise to Low Rise).

    I am 66 year old person & lived in United Arab Emirates for 39 years, had got retired from the job and back in India recently. I am accustomed of using soft pillow /Low rise.

    Please help me to replace/exchange the Pillow from High Rise to Low Rise via your distributor R.S Brother & company from where I bought the mattress..

    ( In case Low Rise Pillow has got discontinued, kindly replace the High Rise Pillow by any other Low Rise/Soft Pillow).

    I have raised a complaint no. 202627 for my defective mattress and accordingly your company has replaced by placing new mattress, which is shipped on 31.12.2021 and received by dealer Jai Diviya Durga Furniture, Nampally, Hyderabad within 4-5 days. Dealer called my and demanding to me extra money of Rs 600/- for home delivery. I told him that Sleepwell company representative told me that i don't have to pay any money for home delivery. I have again complaint of demanding of extra money issue to customer care executive daily since 10 days and they are assuring that i will get my new mattress without any home delivery charge but daily new executive is attending my call and giving same assurance logistic team will deliver you at the earliest but 10 days passed and i have not received my new replaced mattress by dealer.

    Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action against the dealer and logistic team for not delivering my mattress till date. I am facing lot of problem daily by defective mattress. So request you to deliver my mattress immediately by today.

    Sir I have purchased one pair of sleepwell Mattress (Ultra) at Shimla Himachal Pradesh which is under warranty. The mattress has something like small ball inside at the top of the mattress which stings badly. Please check it through your technical person immediately and sought out the problem.
