I myself, Anil Jain, an Engineering Graduate, MBA and a successful small business owner dealing with products of Exide, Siemens, Elak.

I am a regular customer of your company since last 4-5 years and I was boasting with many friends and family about your company’s Unconditional Warrantee.

But, yesterday I was very disappointed with your service people response when I approached them for warrantee claim at Udaipur office. I am enclosing PIR No. 460548 dt 11/1/18 for your ready reference along with your warrantee registration page.

I am surprised how a big and responsible company like your giving Unconditional Warrantee with conditions.

If the literate and so called qualified person like me has been feeling befooled then what to talk of the most of our countrymen who are not that much qualified and educated.

This is just for your information and necessary action as you feel.

हमे गाड़ी लिए अबी 6 महीने हुए हैं और कल दिनांक 18/09/2018 को बाये तरफ के टायर में कट लग गया है और मारुति कंपनी ने मना किया की उसकी कोई गरंटी नही है अबी गाड़ी 7000 किलोमीटर चली है । हमे इसके संबंध मे कोई उपाय बातये ।गाड़ी लेते समय कंपनी बोलती है टायर मे कट और फूलने की गरंटी देती है।। इसके संबंध मे आप हमारी मदद करे ताकि हम आगे बी आप की कंपनी के साथ जुड़े रहे और लोगो बी बोले सकें आप के साथ जुड़े।।।।।।
