I registered complaint on 14/10/2017 in home town customer care for issue regarding matterss and they also forwarded the issue to you but till now no one has come to solve this issue.
I can't trust now anymore with this company where no one is bother to solve Customer's complaint.

I ordered a Neelkamal dining table impressed by the design and already assured of brand's quality.
But within 3 months a chair has broken.
Since its under warranty, kindly replace it or get it fixed.

I got Ur number from pilikothi Nilkamal shop as company representative, its surprising that you don't have rate. Dear Sir,
This letter is requesting assistance in a situation that is causing unnecessary rift as we are happy to pay the dues. There are a few fronts that need some clarity:
(1) Inspection done on site by a member of your team who had all parameters given description and our requirements. He measured the 20” reefer container with recommendations to fit our needs. The desired dimensions were adhered to as per specification of container.
(2) Fitters arrived and returned the first time as prerequisites from our end could not fit our requirement and led to change in material.
a. Leading to rejection of material and extension of pillars.
b. Reject material was to be picked up on exchange of goods but not completed, on our side we had to bare all cost to getting material from Kodaikanal to Batlangandu then to a bus depot and transport on COD basis to Chennai.
(3) The most disappointing aspect of this whole exercise the shelves collapsed on loading material causing extensive damage to our stocks. Photos have been sent by watsapp to your representative in Madurai. This occurred on all our shelves retaining beams had to be put in place with assurance that this problem would be set right.
My consultant from Switzerland and I met with your company in Aahar New Delhi last year and were impressed with the standards in quality now the issues partaking and on priority is balance payment. Apart we need to get 2 more shelving units for two more 20”containers. Please clear this issue and am not responsible for any of the trouble caused but one that I am facing a lot of difficulties for this far.

The doors of racks are attached to plastic nozzel which have broken. I made complaint a month ago at sector 52 gurgaon outlet and was ready to buy but they said they do bot have it and they will send technician soon to my address but no one has come yet and the stire manager is saying today tomorrow, etc.

I book consignment no.#2018 on 15th august. After repeated follows with nilkamal team I was provided courier tracking no. 62787549 belonging to safexpress courier. Tracking status will not change from standard answer that "out for delivery" from 31.08.19. I called customer care of safexpress I was informed that it will be delivered on 31.08.2019 and I will receive a call. I requested to deliver on same day since I have traveling plans. Till today neither I received any call informing delivery date or time nor the status of consignment is informed me although I contacted many many times. Buying from nilkamal has become nightmare for me.

10 January 2016 i buy neelkamal 500 liter water tank,but today when I see the tank it was leaking and many other cracks in bottom of tank,that show the bad quality of plastic used by neelkamal.just in 4 year tank was fully cracks.

Bought a new Nilkamal chair from the local market last week....now what has happened the chair is getting cracks and also got broken from the back rest while sitting.


Kindly check if the chair I bought was original or the seller is selling fake products... because with an original product this can't happen.

When it was delivered at our house, on that day itself, I found one of the wheel to be coming out, I informed the manager . When I asked him to send the mechanic, rather than helping me, He asked me to bring the chair . This manager is very unprofessional and non-cooperative .Then again today I found another two wheels coming out. These guys are sending defective articles
