i booked the ticket from Delhi to Jaipur by clear trip throught online. Trip id 17062528020. I wanted to cancel it before cancelling i contacted on 9595333333. I asked her total deduction for 5 pasangers she said rs 1120. I got message this is refundable amount.She gave me wrong information. please assist on this why I will cancell if amount would be approx 6000 total amount was 7070 for five passangers.I want back my amount rs6000. I talked again yesterday 27/06/17 he said i can not do anything.please assist.

I have been constantly being following up with cleartrip customer service department regarding adding up my middle name in the ticket booked through cleartrip, as my passport holds the same.
Since there was no option for middle name while making booking in your cleartrip website, i didn't mentioned.
Please, I request you to get this done on priority basis as I have to in a day to Spain for three months.

Please request you to look on this urgently.

Subsequent to my confirmed booking for Hyd-Blr-ixe for 15/12/2017 Vide ID 17090311824, I have been receiving email dt 5/10 and sms’es dt. 5/10, 11/10, 25/10. This led to my reasoning there is uncertainty of the flight, hence canceled my booking on 6/11/17
In view of this I may not be charged cancellation. Full amount be credited to my bank a/c.

i booked ticket on date 12/apr/2018 from Lucknow to Dehradun ,booking id is 201523516180905 .amount 5296 deducted but flight not booked .i got the message from cleartrip : as our partner cleartrip could not confirm the booking.The refund will be initiated by HDFC Smartbuy in next 1 hour!.I confirmed through bank he replied that first cleartrip will initiate refund after that he can be available to refund. today is 18/apr/2019 still refund is not being initiated.

My trip ID18042147906, while buying ticket, check in baggage was 15 kg/ and cabin baggage was 7 kg/ but in my ticket it is mentioned only 7 kg. please clarify.

Based on the SMS which my Daughter has received , had the same forwarded to me as she has her projects and exams are going thru don’t have time to spend on these issues created by Jet Airways , giving her metal agony and more I am not keeping well and under treatment . These are irates the customer for having paid these airlines much in advance .
So I have contacted the cleartirp on 27th Feb 2019 at 10.12 on 9595333333. to get me the alternates arranged on the same day flight as she needs to be back in the university by 7th afternoon.
Spoke to Devansh at cleartrip and told him very clearly the flight is cancelled by the airways and they need to provide the alternate flight ticket without any extra cost .
Given by option of 6:45 am flight via mum to pune which would reach by 11:05 am , which is an extra time taken for my travel .
Received a call from Devansh from 02267394900 , he said that he has taken up the issue with higher ups has been escalated to Jet airways to issue the ticket as per my alternate flight confirmed to him ,Definitely the rescheduled flight ticket will be issued without any extra cost.This would take 3 working days .
I have also alerted Devansh that after three days if you come back and say no tickets and then if I have to go for a fresh ticket booking , this would cost me more than 300 % as to what I paid for my return ticket on 11th of feb 2019 itself (which is almost a month before to Jet airways ) . He then re-assured that the tickets will be issued without any extra cost and we are also wanted our customer to be happy for the tickets booked through us. Then finally on the call I told him that need to issue the ticket at the earliest without any extra cost.
Below is the tickets option was available out of which we choosed the 6:45 am flight to pune vai mum on 7th March 2019.
We also got an update my daughters friends those who got their booked through your competitors like make my trip etc , has got the ticket reissued in other jet airways flight with in 24 hours , but why cleartrip is taking so long to issue the ticket?
REQUEST FOR THE RESCHEDULED AIR TICKET TO BE SENT IMMEDIATELY AS PER THE TIME WE HAVE ALREADY DISCUSSED , AS MY DAUGHTER HAS BE TO IN THE UNNIVERSITY BY AFTERNOON WITHOUT FAIL.
