I m going to big bazaar (z sequare mall) kanpur today ... There staff behavior is very rude for our customers.

I have bought some products, they said it will be delivered in a day. almost 3 days over, no one in shop picking the call. Now i am worried, as if whether i will receive my product or cash what i paid atleast. They treat us like fools, cash also paid, and product also not given.

This is the last time i did a shopping in big bazaar.

Worst over all.

I am Atashi Ghosh resident of Siliguri ph no 8509732733, I had purchased products worth 5022/- including beauty products (valued at 355/-) from Big Bazaar, Siliguri dated 26th January, 2019. The moment I ordered for the beauty products, the salesman responsible led me to a separate cash counter where I was asked to pay 355/- .A copy of the bill was sent to my mobile number. Rest of the amount (4667/-) was paid in Rupay card, for which I received a bank discount of 175 rupees in spite of my total purchase of 5022 rupees. I was promised a total discount of 10% on my purchase which was not fulfilled. Why was I forced to split the bill? Why had I been deceived by a Big Bazaar salesman? I await an explanation in this regard. I have been deceived 327/-. If immediate actions are not taken , I will present the matter before consumer forum and all the local as well as national newspapers

I bought a jogger in August and a I had used only one time and I saw bubble came out from jogger

I buyied Amul fruit ‘N’ Nut chocolate 150g from Big bazaar whose actually MRP was 100 Rs but in bill they charged me 150 Rs for that, which is actually wrong. Usally we don’t recheck the bill price after billing but this time fortunately i have a glance over it & was totally shocked too see this & This given me goosebumps & lesson to recheck bill & don’t blindly Trust which I was doing from past so many years over BB as I never rechecked my bill amount I just checked was items list don’t know how many people has buyied this chocolate before me & has been overcharged as they didn’t rechecked the actual MRP.
kindly make update in your system so that other persons are not overcharged like me.

& It’s my humble request to BB People please be more careful while assigning numbers & recheck the Rupees of the item while adding them into your system to avoid such things in future as it’s waste of customer as well as your time too in filing complaints & then resolving it & taking follow ups over it later.

In recent week i gifted my friend a gift voucher of fbb and he went to fbb nucleus mall. After purchase he handed them the voucher and they checked it and said that it is invalid and they insulted him and family infront of other customers. They treated them like fraud. The next day he handed me the voucher and i went to the place where the voucher is bought at palarivattom after talking with the sm he interacted with customer care and told me that it is the fault of the fbb at nucleus mall the voucher is already redeemed there . So i talked again with the sm and i demanded a refund. They agreed me to give refund nxt day. When i went there nxt day again they waited me there about 3 hour. First they told me they will give another voucher so i can purchase from fbb but i refused that and demanded the refund And finally they gived refund but after several hours of waiting.The problem was simple a technical error but the employee of fbb nucleus mall was so arrogant and rude.Their behaviour to customers is very bad.

I waited at 20min and there is no response person is there to look after and I asked about gift parcel but there is no sufficient gifting cover ..

Humne 8000 rs ka saaman diya D-21, Pacific mall, Dwarka Sector 21 ke Big Bazaar mein hume aisa kuch nhi bataya gaya ki 5× or 10× shopping karoge to hi ye rs 8000 ka discount milega humne kai baar pata kia lekin aisa kuch nhi bola gaya agar aisa bolte to hum saaman nhi dete sirf ye hi bola gaya ki aap jo shopping karoge usme ye 8000 ke coupon yaani 8000 rs kam ho jayenge ye to big bazaar ke store mein jaane ke baad pata chala ki in coupon ko istemaal karne ke liye aapko 40000 ya 80000 ki shopping karni hogi.....ab hum kya kare itne rs hum kharch nhi kar sakte humaare bas ki baat nhi h ya to 8000 ke coupon ke badle 8000 rs do ya humaara saaman waapas karo ........

My order no is 800008392 dated 29 March 2020.the above order didn't deliver to me till now when the delivery date mentioned 31 march 2020 by big bazaar. There is a dificult situation due to lockdown we can't go anywhere for purchasing items than I placed order via big bazaar app but I didn't know that its useless service of big bazaar. We must needed these items of my order because we have not much left meal now .what we do? It is a critical situation for us but big bazaar don't know. Why taking order big bazaar if can't delever. You should not take any order if you know your poor service. I was regular costomer of big bazaar but now I knew how big bazaar cheats us.

I was surprised to see such bad maintains in Bigbaza at Rajahmundry, I was in showroom for around a houses time, but no actually. Suffacted like any thing inside. The branch manager and ac tech people are not responded properly.
