Since he has used VRL before when shifting from Kolhapur to Mumbai, it seemed natural that we would choose your service again. We contacted the concerned person at the Zakaria Bunder branch as that was the closest to us and he told us to bring our stuff over. So we brought all our stuff, packed and ready to move to the Zakaria Bunder Road depot only to be told that 'GST lagega'. When my husband told him that he had not informed about this before and he was ready to Pay anyway, we were told to get a GST number. He refused to help us out in any form and also refused to accept that he was the one who had talked to us. The number on which we called were 7045026252. It was an inconvenience to us and a loss for you. We ultimately sent it by another courier who did not make us run around in circles. Please take action otherwise employees like these will be a loss to you.

We have been facing lot of problems with your Goregaon ( E ) branch, Mumba. Firstly the hamali problem. They charge very high. Secondly the L/R is not given on the same day. We have to go 2/3 times to bring the L/R. Today we sent our consignment for booking to Bangalore. The tax invoice along with e way bill was sent. Every time we put the invoice no.only and do not put year 18. Till yesterday all the documents have been accepted. But today they returned the document saying that in the e way bill tax invoice no./18 should be mentioned. We are really sorry to inform you that the service of this branch is going bad to worse. Even the landlines telephone as well as mobile not getting at all.We have been your client for the past 20 years and if this thing is going on we will certainly change into some other transport which give us good service. We hope you will look into the matter and do the needful.

My pascel was there from surat to karwar(karnataka). When i receved my pascel there it was small opening when i ask them why it open they told me from long travelling it had teared. I cant cheak what is problem at that place. When i open the parcel immideatly and cheaked there was nearly 5000/-rs new cloth is missing. Then i immideatly call the person who had given my pascel(9342555341).he had ignore it..He told me there is a cctv camera every where. I had told him there is no cctv camera in storage house..then he agree...
