I am speaking Chandan Kar from West Midnapore(WB). In the last 15.9.2017 I bought a shirt and a trousers from Raymond Shop 1 / 1A Lindsay Street, Kolkata. Ph no - 03322174978). At that time got a bag free.My trousers were a fade jeans(3.500 as far I remember) . Just once after the wash, the geans become more faded.If this situation is raymond fabrics, then where do we go?It's never possible to keep my money receipt so far. Will there be some arrangement?

I am Parimala Devi from UAE.In the last year we purchased and stiched dress for around INR 25000 . We are regular customer to it since 1986 from my father period.He who gave reference for best stiching. The quality of material was ok as the sales person said it will be good for iorning but that too was bad and the stiching was worst the shirts & phants were too tight in the body as well as in hands. We Purchased it in vellore raymonds showroom.The same measurement we gave in UAE for stiching it was good . Then why they cant do it perfectly.This may not be for u a big complaint but for us it is a huge money and carrying the luggage from chennai to uae was the worst part.My husband said dont want those shirts give it to someone else.Sorry to say did not expect this from raymond. expecting your valuable reply for this complaint.

Sir i purchased green trouser from sector 17 Chandigarh from your exclusive store is hardly wearied the trouser for four or five times as i am an advocate and in court we have to put our dress with lining black trouser, hence after so less use the color of the trouser faded but your company refused to accommodate me on flimsy grounds, hence i am not going to purchase any thing from your company the trouser is still lying at the store of your company

I have purchased suiting cloth for two pants at Vellore on 06-09-2018 vide bill no. S18/4055 on 06-09-18 aroun 11.30 am , the invoice was not given. I am giving for Tailoring vide No. 13844 dt 06-09-18. I am gone to your shop on 17-09-2018 aroun 16.00 hrs.for to get stretched pant, but instead of two back pocket one only there, he wants one hr time for to add back pocket. I will again go back by 17.00 hrs., it i not ready. I have waited up to 1`7.30 hrs. it is not ready. Them i will ask for the invoice it shows name is r r r only, i have raised query and the pant was not given to me. Kindly take action. For past ten days the Customer query was not solved. I have send mail on 18-09-2018,21-09-2018 still now no action was taken.

I am a regular Raymond fabrics user for 40 years.I bought a ready made shirt from k s Rao road mangalore outlet on 30 jan 2019.Invoice s18/5871 shop 15416 .With in one wash the shoulder stitches has gone .The show room in charge says that is due to ironing.I am using all brands.But this is the second Raymond shirt with the same problem.They say that it will be repaired and no exchange .I want a solution from your reputed company
